Skills for Care have a Care Certificate Standards booklet that sets out the 15 standards, including those for mental health, dementia and learning disability.

A series of learning resources on the hospital care of people with dementia have been developed in collaboration with the clinical team expert in dementia care at Nottingham Universities Hospitals (NUH) and family carers of people with dementia.  The work has been funded by the Alzheimer’s Society. The three units are 1. Dementia and Cognitive Loss  2. Person-Centred Dementia Care and 3. Communication.
